2001-2002 — In Alonso High's inaugural school year, the girls' team had 9 athletes, and the boys' team had 10 athletes. Jeremy Oversier was Alonso swim and dive's first State qualifier (2A), where he placed 28th in 100 free and 17th in 50 free. The coaches were Heidi Quintana and Deborah Stevens.

2002-2003 — The girls' team had 22 athletes and a 5-4 season (one rain-out). The boys' team had 16 athletes and a 6-3-1 season. Jeremy Oversier represented Alonso at 2A State again, where he placed 21st in 50 free. The coaches were Heidi Quintana and Deborah Stevens.

2003-2004 — The girls' team had 18 athletes, and Erica Miller placed 5th in both 100 fly and 500 free at Districts. The boys' team had 12 athletes. At Districts, Theodore Holland placed 7th in 500 free, and Christopher Wilson placed 7th in 50 free and 6th in 500 free. The coaches were Heidi Quintana and Deborah Stevens.

2004-2005 — The girls team had 15 athletes and a 2-2 season (3 rain-outs). At Districts, Natalie Pyne placed 5th in 200 IM and 4th in 100 fly (setting Alonso swim & dive's longest-held record, still standing as of 2019). At Regionals, Pyne placed 10th in 200 IM and 12th in 100 fly. The boys team had 6 athletes and a 2-3-2 season. The head coaches were Deborah Stevens for the boys and Coach Singer for the girls, and the team trained most of the season at the Cuban Civic Club.

2005-2006 — The girls and boys teams each had 12 athletes. At Districts, Natalie Pyne placed 8th in 200 IM and 6th in 100 fly. The team trained at the Northwest Family YMCA, and their regular season consisted of 5 dual meets and 1 tri-meet.

2006-2007 — The girls' team had 18 athletes. At Districts, Natalie Pyne placed 7th in 200 IM and 100 fly, and Kristen Kerr finished 4th in 50 free and 100 breast. At Regionals, Pyne placed 16th in 100 fly and 15th in 200 IM, and Kerr placed 7th in 100 breast and 4th in 50 free. The boys' team had 12 athletes, and the team captain was Tim Holland. The coaches were Craig Fischer and Laura Maurer.

2007-2008 — The girls' team had 21 athletes, the boys' team had 12 athletes, and the team captain was Michelle Persante. At Districts, Kirsten Kerr placed 7th in 100 breast and 6th in 50 free, and Brittany Mathers placed 2nd in 11 dives. At Regionals, Kerr placed 11th in 50 free and 100 breast, and Mathers placed 4th in 11 dives. Mathers was the first female on the Alonso swim and dive team to qualify for State, where she placed 14th in 11 dives. The team practiced at Westchase, and the coaches were Katrina Cooke, Craig Fischer, and Coach Singer.

2008-2009 — The girls' team had 17 athletes, and the team captain was Lauren Valdes. The Mathers sisters represented Alonso as divers: Erin placed 6th at Districts and 12th at Regionals in 11 dives, and Brittany placed 2nd at Districts (another school record, standing as of 2019), 3rd at Regionals, and 15th at State. The boys' team had 14 athletes, and the team captains was Jimmy Sugrue. The coaches were Katrina Cooke and Coach Singer, and the team practiced at Westchase.

2009-2010 — The girls' team had 23 athletes, and the team captains were Kayla Polk and Alex Bibiloni. The boys' team had 15 athletes, and the team captains were Michael Steijlen and Kody Hopf. They beat Sickles during the regular season, and four boys (Kaelin Hinnant, Hopf, Alec Psinakis, and Steijlen) placed 15th in Regionals in the 400 free relay. In all, 9 new Alonso records were broken. The coaches were Katrina Cooke and Karen Fisher, and the team trained at Westchase.

2010-2011 — The girls' team had 17 athletes and beat both Sickles and Steinbrenner during the regular season. The boys' team had 16 athletes who swam an undefeated season and set 8 Alonso records. At Regionals, the boys 200 free relay (Jariah Higgins, Chase Rapone, Christopher Steijlen, and Michael Steijlen) placed 14th, and the boys 400 free relay (Kody Hopf, Alec Psinakis, C. Steijlen, and M. Steijlen) placed 15th and set the school record (still standing as of 2019). The coaches were Jason Philpot and Coach McKeon.

2011-2012 — The girls' team had 15 athletes, and the captains were Ariana Amorosa and Casey Moran. The boys' team had 19 athletes, and the captains were Christopher Steijlen and Alec Psinakis. At Regionals, the boys 200 medley relay (Nicholas Bibiloni, Juan Paecdas, Psinakis, and Steijlen) placed 16th, and the 200 free relay (Paecdas, Psinakis, Steijlen, and Carlos Valencia) placed 12th. The head coach for both boys and girls was Jason Philpot.

2012-2013 — The girls' team had 15 athletes, and Ariana Amoroso was the girls captain. This is the season in which four girls set Alonso's records in all three relays (records still stand as of 2019), and Paige Carter set 2 individual Alonso records. At Districts, Carter placed 4th in 200 I.M. and 3rd in 100 breast, and she was Alonso's only Regional qualifier, where she placed 16th in 200 I.M. and 11th in 100 breast. The boys' team had 16 athletes, and the captain was Nicholas Bibiloni. The coaches were Jason Philpot and Coach Balini, and the team trained at Westchase.

2013-2014 — The girls' team had 14 athletes, and the team captains were Ariana Amorosa, Sabrina Desmond, and Taelor Gutcher. The boys' team had 15 athletes, and the team captains were Chase Psinakis, Brandon Quinones, and Brian Salazar. Alonso's record for the boys 200 medley relay was set. The coaches were Kareem Kirby and Donna Goellner, and the team trained at the Cuban Civic Club.

2014-2015 — The girls' team had 15 athletes and a 3-4 season, and the team captain was Havana Morris. Paige Carter set an amazing 4 individual Alonso records, and she placed 8th in 50 free and 15th in 100 back at Regionals. Carter was Alonso's only State qualifier, where she placed 20th in 50 free. The boys' team had 15 athletes and a 3-4 season, and the team captains were Zackary Gutcher, Chase Psinakis, and Brian Salazar. Psinakis set 2 individual Alonso records, and at Regionals he placed 17th in 200 I.M. and 9th in 50 free. The coaches were Donna Goellner and Drake Northington, and the team practiced at the Cuban Civic Center.

2015-2016 — The girls' team had 14 athletes, and the team captain was Paige Carter, who set one individual Alonso record. At Regionals, the girls 400 free relay (Carter, Lindsay Constantinou, Alysha Moncado, and Alina Lytvynko) placed 12th, and individually Carter got 10th in 50 free and 11th in 500 free. The boys' team had 11 athletes, and the team captain was Chase Psinakis, who set an incredible 6 individual Alonso records. A new 200 free relay record was also set. At Regionals, the 200 free relay (Adrian O'Farrill, Austin Carceccia, Zack Gutcher, and Psinakis) placed 12th, and Psinakis placed 2nd in 100 free and won the 50 free. Psinakis was Alonso's only State qualifier, and he placed 11th in 50 free and 8th in 100 free. The coaches were Kelly Muench and Drake Northington, and the team trained at the Northwest Family YMCA.

2016-2017 — The girls team had 11 athletes, and the boys team had 10. There were no team captains. The head coach was Drake Northington, and the team trained at the Northwest Family YMCA.

2017-2018 — The girls’ and boys’ teams had 12 athletes each, and the team captain was Lindsay Constantinou. Sam Williams was the team’s only qualifier in Regionals, where he placed 22nd in 100 butterfly. The head coach was Drake Northington, and the team trained at the Northwest Family YMCA.

2018-2019 — The girls’ team had 11 athletes and a 3-4 season (wins against Chamberlain, Gaither, and Spoto; losses to Freedom, Plant, Robinson, and Steinbrenner), and the team captain was Lindsay Constantinou. The boys’ team captain was Sam Williams, and the team had 12 athletes and a 2-5 season (wins against Chamberlain and Spoto; losses to Gaither, Freedom, Plant, Robinson, and Steinbrenner). Ryan Banas, Rhansey Morel, Nick Reali, and Williams tied the school record in the 200 medley relay. Morel was Alonso’s sole qualifier for Regionals, where he placed 12th in 100 butterfly and set a new school record. The coaches were Hailey Green and Lenora Guerra, and the team trained at the Loretta Ingraham Recreation Complex.
